Over the past years, I have specialized in Austrian employment law and immigration law. I also advise English speaking clients on their rights, no matter whether it regards employment issues, residence permits for Austria, Austrian citizenship etc.

I act as an advisor in employment law for employers as well as for employees. In the past I specialized mainly on employers due to my work at one of the main Viennese law firms and of course still offer to advise employers. This experience also helps me in advising employees. This means: You are welcome no matter whether you are an employer or an employee.

For example I offer:

- drafting and reviewing of employment contracts

- advice on termination of employment contracts

- advice on any other employment law issue

- representation in employment law court proceedings

- steering of residence permit applications, for example for students, key labour force members ("Red-White-Red Card" - Rot-Weiß-Rot-Karte, highly qualified employees, self employed persons, private persons etc
